Look at Outlook

There any many email clients but Microsoft Outlook is the right choice!

Pros

The best thing about Microsoft Outlook is its high integration with other Microsoft products. One of the leading email clients provides users with very user-friendly interface that I find quite beautiful. The ease of automatic archive creation has created an opportunity not to delete any email ever!

Cons

There are not many cons of the Microsoft Outlook but one thing that comes to my mind right away is connected with sending messages with attachments. Sometimes messages are "stuck" in the outbox and are not sent automatically. You need to check your outbox folder every time you send an email with an attachment.

My experience managing my mail with Outlook

The recommendation is aimed in this case to companies to implement Microsoft Outlook and start managing their corporate emails through this excellent application

What I like most about Microsoft Outlook is that apart from allowing me to check my mail constantly, it has another set of integrated functions that helps any professional nowadays, since more than an email manager you could say that Outlook is a personal assistant , among these functions we have for example the calendar, through which we can schedule appointments, meetings, interviews, deliveries among many other activities and of course we can not forget the integrated contact book, in which you can store the most relevant information of your contacts, such as email, address, company in which they work, phone number, position in which they work etc

Cons

If we talk about the negative aspects of Microsoft Outlook, the truth is that it is difficult to get one and that is from my point of view it is a very complete and powerful application which generates very little errors or errors, what I do not like very much is that in Occasionally I have problems with sending and receiving new emails, a problem that many users of the tool have had to deal with, but in my case I already got the solution and when this happens to me what I do is close and open the application again and ready

The universal email account, designed for all consumer industries

Great for any firm, small or large!

Pros

I like best how Outlook is designed to be simple. The one thing Outlook does right over other email accounts is that it is universal for everyone. Most of my external colleagues have an account with Outlook and I believe this says it all. Outlook makes it easy to use at work and on your smartphone, while maintaining a credible format throughout. When i go to send an email from my Smartphone, it keeps the signature and format that I use from a computer. Another positive implementation is sharing and gaining access to internal calendars for colleagues, helpful!

Cons

What i dislike about Microsoft Outlook is that it sometimes makes it difficult to search for an old email address. I understand the memory space that is allotted for efficient use, though it still becomes impossible to load old emails that you are trying to get a hold of.
