Microsoft office is universally accepted way of managing documents

Microsoft office is a great and modern way of editing, manipulating, and managing documents. Microsoft office is unrivaled.

Pros

Microsoft office is a great tool that has been universally accepted as a modern way of managing and editing documents and that so many people love to work with. I love using powerpoint as it is a great and intuitive presentation tool and it has so many great functions and features to anticipate all my various needs when it comes to presentation and reporting. I also love using excel its a spectacular analysis tool with many inputted formulas and I love that it's possible to have so many spreadsheets under one file.

Cons

The only con I have particularly identified using powerpoint is how difficult it is to add videos on powerpoint presentations besides that the learning curve for using excel is quite steep as it is not the easiest tool to use. But I have loved my experience using Microsoft office.

Trade at hand all the time

Being able to work with the usual formats, and that allows me to edit as if I had working from the PC, is more there are more options than the program itself

Pros

Because it allows you to work with it in the usual formats without using converters or any other program that although it certainly works well does not offer all the features that oficce gives you, additionally having the online version is perfect since sometimes we do not have a computer at hand available with those programs and the web version allows you to work in an efficient way

Cons

The disadvantages presented have more to do with the internet connection than with the application itself

Essential tool for work

I can recommend this tool for business use, since it has the ideal tools for everything in your company to work as it should be, in order and in tidiness even this package can be kept at home so that it can be used by students

Pros

Microsoft Office, is a package that has had many years in the labor market and which until now I think is the most complete that exists so far, is a tool that I can say for the long time that I have been using it has dabbled in all the business world, this tool has certain programs that you will undoubtedly need in your company at any time, some of them are: Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft OneNote, Microsoft Access, another thing that I can highlight is that each of these programs has an incredible interface with which you will be able to work quietly without any kind of problem.

Cons

Like most other tools the learning curve especially for excel is steep. To maximize on its full potential, it is necessary to learn it deeply and exhaustively which takes quite sometime.

I have however not had any negative experience while using it I absolutely love and I believe Microsoft is headed in the right direction with this one.
