It's very hard to find any answer on any very specific problem you might encounter using this software. But there are a lot of forums on the internet so you're most likely to have at least another person that was able to solve your problem, but it's usually not the best way to solve it. It would need more administrator providing solutions.
It might need some time to understand that what you see isn't what you print (talking about colors, line thickness,...).
