Indispensable for the 2d drawing in architecture.

The work to develop the projects on site necessarily requires 2D drawing, with AutoCAD being the fundamental tool from the commercial point of view, allowing the drawings to be transferred to pdf format and using the layout as a professional tool when presenting the plans, besides being the fundamental basis for 2D and 3D printing for models, furniture and other architectural elements.

Pros

is the ideal program to develop 2D architecture projects, from the elaboration of the first ideas of the project to its final conception, drawing plans, plants, cuts, facades, details, isometrics, it is very simple when you already know all the available tools in the AutoCAD 2D interfaces, in addition to allowing you to export the plans to other programs to generate the 3D models, it is a very professional and commercial program that allows you to show the projects in the most suitable way to the clients.

Cons

Its 3D version is really complex and inefficient, leaves much to be desired with respect to other programs that are much more complete in the 3D modeling area and in that sense its development is very deficient, being practically disjointed in the competition with other similar programs of 3d modeling.

Amazing Tool for Architects

It's a worthwhile investment! Take the time to really learn the various commands and functions of the software. Know that it is best for creating floor plans and they can be created in all varieties. It is a 2D drawing software, so it's likely to be supplemented with Revit, which is a 3D design tool.

This software is the bridge between designer and client. I am able to create detailed and clear drawings within AutoCAD that translate beautifully for anyone to be able to read and understand. As architects, it's essential that our potential clients are able to visualize a design and this software really achieves that.

Pros

AutoCAD is a highly advanced software that can be easily learned. The interface is functional and well-designed. There are a variety of commands and once learned, it's easy and efficient to navigate. I had to learn the program in a short amount of time and I felt as though it was easy to catch on and develop a rhythm within the software. I like that each year the software improves and that such precision can be achieved within each draft.

Cons

My dislikes have nothing to do with the functionality of the software, but more so logistical elements. The software is quite expensive, making it an investment for an individual or company. It's also a very large software, so it requires a lot of space on one's hard drive. Both of these can make one slow and hesitant to purchase.

Perfect product for Architecture documentation.

I therefore recommend this amazing product to the Architects for making quick 2d drawings for their projects.

Production of clean Architectural documents, 2d drafting, 3d modelling among others.

Pros

There is absolutely no limit what be done or produced with this software. From designing, 2d drawing, landscape drawings and many others. This product enables the user to prepare drawings and details that are quite accurate through the Object snap option. Extremely good tool for exporting CAD drawings since the tool is compatible with major several modelling products. AutoCAD Architecture is fairly very easy to use and its also a perfect option for basic floor plans. Easy and simple to turn off multiple layers which are not required for current running project. The product itself has helped a lot in expanding efficiency of 2d drafting in Architecture.

Cons

I don't think i have any complain with the application, just that its prize is not that friendly.
